Paul C. Rapp
Paul Rapp’s practice focuses on the areas of trademark, copyright, art and entertainment, computer, Internet and media law. Paul represents a wide range of clients, including individuals and groups, small and mid-sized companies and large multinational corporations in the creative economy. He is a sought-after writer and speaker on topics related to intellectual property and related issues to art and entertainment matters.
Paul is active in a variety of communities outside of practice. He is an adjunct professor of copyright and art and entertainment law at Albany Law School and the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams, MA. He serves as chairman of the board of the Berkshire Community Radio Alliance, which operates the community radio station WBCR-LP in Great Barrington, MA, and is on the advisory board of The Storefront Artist Project in Pittsfield, MA. Additionally, since 1978 he has been a member of the musical group Blotto.
